“I just finished my first year of lawn service using TAG IV.

They were recommended to me from a co-worker who had been using him for a few years. She was very pleased with his service and he came highly recommended.

Here are my observations and impressions.

First off, the owner Truett Giles, is absolutely great to work with. When I called him about an estimate, he personally came and spent over an hour discussing his service as well as his business model (I was asking a lot of questions since I was interested and amazed at the determination and focus on this young man).

It has now been a full year of using his service and I have every intention of continuing.

His crew was always punctual and whenever there was any issue when he couldn’t make the scheduled lawn care day, he would personally call me to explain and to make sure I was okay with it.

It only happened twice and each time was because of excessive rain the day prior or that day.

He always personally answered any texts or phone calls that I made to his company.

All I can say is that many other large businesses could learn a lot from Truett and how he runs his company. For anyone interested in getting a lawn service, I highly recommend TAG IV.
